My order came very quickly and I am very pleased with the product. I am having nerve problem because of bad posture and my shoulder is rounding and pinching my nerves. I put this posture brace on and it immediately pulls my shoulder back to good posture. My shoulder feels way better, by it pulling back and keeping in the right position there is no more tingling and numbness in my arm and the soft brace is very comfortable. This posture corrector is wonderful.
This posture corrector is wonderful. I sit slouched over at a desk all day at work so I thought it would be a good idea to purchase something to aid in correcting my posture and subsequently relieving my back pain. The package also comes with a resistance band which is cool bonus.
This apparatus looks a little daunting at first but is actually quite comfortable to wear. I have been wearing it for 20 minutes a day for over a week now and already feel relief in my back pain so something must be working. I am so pleased with this purchase and look forward to more positive results.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant I know how poor posture can cause many shoulder and neck problems. This corrector is a great way to get in the habit of pulling your shoulders back. Please read the product description. This brace will help to align your shoulders by pulling them back but it does not strengthen or stretch muscles that are causing your posture problem. You need to do that on your own. As the description says, this brace helps to improve posture. It does not support or relieve anything. The straps are adjustable. The straps go under the armpit so don't pull straps too tight or it will irritate your armpits. I am pleased with my purchase.
